Restraint orders – Nicola McKinney and Andrew Gilmore feature in Private Banker International

Restraint orders are a commonly used tool by authorities investigating suspected criminal activity. They have recently had significant media attention because of a restraint order imposed against James Stunt, the billionaire ex-husband of Petra Ecclestone, and the gagging order which was initially imposed, preventing the press reporting on it.
