Geeta is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is currently completing her portfolio to become a Fellow of CILEx. She specialises in family and general litigation and has extensive experience in complex multi-jurisdictional financial relief claims as well as considerable experience in disputes relating to arrangements for children. Geeta has widespread experience in the Central Family Court, Royal Courts of Justice and Court of Appeal. She has been praised for her considered and personal approach to cases and clients, as well her case and document management abilities.
Before joining Grosvenor Law, Geeta worked for the Serious Fraud Office and the Proceeds of Crime Unit at the Crown Prosecution Service, assisting in the successful prosecution of high profile multi-million pound complex fraud cases including the successful prosecution of Asil Nadir in 2010, as well as dealing with complex, national and international restraint proceedings.
