Geeta is a Chartered Legal Executive and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She specialises in family and general litigation. She has extensive experience in complex multi-jurisdictional high net worth divorce and financial relief proceedings, acting for both the applicant and respondent She also has considerable experience in disputes relating to private children matters, including residence, internal relocation, contact and applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction. Many of Geeta’s cases are heard at the Central Family Court, the Family division of the Royal Courts of Justice and Court of Appeal.
She has been praised for her considered and personal approach to cases and clients, as well her case and document management abilities.
Before joining Grosvenor Law, Geeta worked for the Serious Fraud Office and the Proceeds of Crime Unit at the Crown Prosecution Service, assisting in the successful prosecution of high profile multi-million pound complex fraud cases including the successful prosecution of Asil Nadir in 2010, as well as dealing with complex, national and international restraint proceedings.
