BENJAMIN WOLFEManaging Associate
Ben is a commercial litigator with experience in the Chancery, Queens Bench and Family divisions of the High Court. Ben acts for international businesses and SMEs in the finance, media, entertainment, FMCG and recruitment sectors, as well as representing high-net-worth individuals. His recent experience includes conducting financial investigations and resolving disputes concerning multi-billion pound international businesses, international property portfolios and art collections. Ben has acted for both claimants and defendants in a broad range of complex disputes including civil fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Ben undertook project work for an investment bank based in the City of London and in Amsterdam and also spent five years in financial recruitment. In 2013 Ben completed a secondment where he focused on transactional corporate law including private equity deals and funds.
Ben has a degree in Law and also a degree in International History and Politics from Leeds University.
